Boneparrot Dragon

I’m sort of working on a basic drawing tutorial to submit to deviantART, and to make it look fancy and like I put effort into it, I’m drawing some graphics for it. This is one of a few pieces of dragon artwork I need for it!

That image is meant to accompany a bit in the tutorial about the importance of learning the underlying structure of the creature you want to draw so you understand why things look the way they do on the outside. It’s also an example of the sorts of things you can do with a creature’s design by being aware of its muscle groups or the placement of certain features (like tailfeathers, or replacing lizard frills with feathers) on other animals. Nature can be very inspiring in terms of design!
